CORVALLIS, Ore. -- A former Corvallis police officer who once posed for pictures with women at a college lingerie party has pleaded guilty to misconduct in a plea bargain over charges he had an on-duty affair with an Oregon State student and lied about it to superiors.

AUSTINTOWN - Four women were arrested on charges ranging from prostitution to wearing improper clothing in a spa after police said they found violations in a spa near Interstate 80. While conducting a compliance check at the 76 Spa, 5325 Seventy Six Drive, at 3:27 p.m. Thursday, police found two nude men and two women dressed in lingerie inside one of the massage rooms, a police report states.
